Croque-Livres
for the Lucie and André Chagnon Foundation
Croque-Livres are children's book sharing boxes inspired by the "Little Free Library" movement. Deployed across the province of Quebec, the initiative aims to instill the joy and excitement of reading in children up to 12 years old. Since 2014, more than 2,500 Book Boosters have been adopted by schools, daycares, institutions and private organizations.
Flat pack
The stand alone box is a flat-pack kit made of baltic birch plywood, a lightweight and stable material with a raw finish that encourages decoration and customization. The tongue-and-groove assembly system makes for easy assembly, requiring very few tools.
